Refunds Policy

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under South African law and set out the terms under which Wattshot SA (Pty) Ltd (“we”) makes its products available to you.

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete. We reserve the right not to accept an order if the required information has not been correctly provided.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Wattshot SA (Pty) Ltd. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. In terms of the Liquor Products Act and applicable provincial liquor legislation, it is illegal for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol.

AVAILABILITY

All products offered are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 3 working days of receiving it.

PRICES

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Prices shown on the site are subject to change without notice. Wattshot SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to alter pricing at any time. Any price changes will be confirmed with you before dispatch, giving you the opportunity to cancel your order.

Prices displayed do not include delivery charges unless stated. Delivery costs will be confirmed at checkout.

PAYMENT

Our online store uses secure third-party payment providers to process transactions, including credit/debit cards and other digital payment methods. Your payment details are encrypted to minimise the risk of unauthorised access.

Payment must be made at the time of order. Your account will be charged once your payment details have been accepted.

Our liability in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for that order.

ACCEPTANCE

All products and services are subject to availability. A contract between you and Wattshot SA (Pty) Ltd will only exist once your order has been processed and dispatched. We reserve the right to decline any order before dispatch without providing a reason.

DELIVERY

Wattshot SA (Pty) Ltd delivers within South Africa only, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Deliveries to business addresses will be considered complete when accepted by a representative at that address. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery timelines are estimates. While we aim to deliver as efficiently as possible, we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, you may choose:

Re-delivery at your cost, or

A refund less delivery and handling costs

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 2 days if you have received the incorrect item or if the product has been damaged. If goods are damaged, please contact us immediately at brett@wattshot.co.za.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), you have the right to:

Return goods that are defective, unsafe, or not fit for purpose within 6 months of delivery, at no cost to you

Cancel an order within 5 business days of delivery, where goods were purchased as a result of direct marketing

For standard returns (non-defective goods), you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unopened, sealed, and in its original condition

Be returned within 14 days of cancellation

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any opened alcohol products. For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, all products must be returned unopened, sealed, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

● We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund where:

● The product has been opened or tampered with

● The seal has been broken

● The product is not in its original condition

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery, as provided for under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

REFUNDS

Wattshot SA (Pty) Ltd will process approved refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Delivery and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are defective or incorrectly supplied.
